Registration and Hotel Information

Attendees will register for the conference and book conference accommodations at the same time. The conference room rate is $199/per night for both conference hotels:

Marriott San Antonio Rivercenter
Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk

For clients who have registered for the conference but have not yet reserved hotel accommodations, we encourage you to book now to ensure you get the hotel of your choice.

2019 Conference Pricing

• $225 per person
• Group discount: Register 3 people, get the 4th FREE*
• Special group pricing: If you have 9 or more individuals from your facility attending, please contact Bailey Slaton for a special pricing option.

* In order to receive the 4th registration at no cost, please complete all 4 registrations at the same time. The registration system will prompt you by asking if you would like to register another attendee after each one is completed.

Guest Pass

• Guest passes available for $50 each
• A guest pass allows access to the opening Welcome Reception and the Client Appreciation Event

Transportation

Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. The following transportation options are available along with approximate costs:

• Taxi: $37 (one way)
• Super Shuttle: $72 (round trip) $31 (one way)
• Lyft: $14.37 (one way)
• Uber: $15.26 (one way)

Note: Neither the Marriott San Antonio Rivercenter or Riverwalk provide shuttle service to or from the San Antonio airport.

Cancellation Fees

August 20, 2018 - March 15, 2019: $0

March 16 - May 19, 2019 = $50 (per cancelled registration)
